Different structures demand different solutions. Explore our OBIC systems for wastewater, structural rehabilitation, culverts, industrial protection and potable water. Start with the application, then review the manufacturer’s technical data with your project team.

OBIC Armor combines OBIC 1000 polyurea and OBIC 1306 closed-cell foam in a three-layer system for wastewater infrastructure rehabilitation. It brings together adhesion, resurfacing and a protective finish for properly prepared manholes, wet wells, lift stations and treatment structures.
The first OBIC 1000 layer bonds to the properly prepared substrate and begins the continuous protective barrier.
OBIC 1306 closed-cell foam helps smooth irregular surfaces, joints and voids between the two polyurea layers.
The final OBIC 1000 layer creates the wastewater-facing barrier. OBIC reports ASTM G210 Severe Wastewater Analysis Testing (SWAT) for OBIC 1000.

Structural polyurethane hybrid lining.
OBIC 5000 is a 100%-solids, zero-VOC lining designed for structural rehabilitation, infiltration control and corrosion resistance. It can be applied to concrete, steel, masonry and other suitable substrates. Veridian works with the project team to evaluate the structure and define the lining scope.
System thickness and design are matched to project requirements.

Restore and protect aging culverts.
OBIC 1200 is a semi-structural polyurea hybrid lining developed for culvert and pipeline rehabilitation. Its resistance to impact and abrasion makes it an option for demanding stormwater environments. We evaluate the existing culvert, substrate and site conditions to determine the appropriate repair and lining approach.
Applications include suitable steel and concrete culverts and large-diameter pipelines.

Protect surfaces exposed to demanding industrial conditions.
OBIC 1050 is a polyurethane/polyurea hybrid lining formulated for industrial chemical resistance. Its 100%-solids, zero-VOC formulation provides a protective lining option for suitable industrial applications. Veridian evaluates the actual chemicals, concentrations, temperatures and operating conditions before recommending a system.
Trenches, pits and containment areas are reviewed against the manufacturer’s chemical-resistance data.

Protect infrastructure that serves drinking water systems.
OBIC 1100PW is a polyurea lining developed for potable water applications. It provides a protective barrier for suitable water storage and treatment infrastructure. Veridian works with the project team to review the substrate, service conditions and applicable potable water requirements before installation.
Project review includes the current NSF/ANSI 61 certification and approved use conditions.
